Very busy dealership.

Very busy dealership. Did have to wait for the salesman we talked with initially and got handed off to an associate. Took a while to find the keys for the used vehicle we were looking at. First glance vehicle was in good shape with new tires and all cleaned up but a closer detailed inspection (I am an aircraft mechanic) showed that this truck had led a hard life, junk yard steering rack, bent fenderwell lips from bottoming the suspension and a cobbled-in aftermarket radio were among the most glaring issues. Don't see the salesman's name assigned to me listed but would give him 5 stars.

Appointment setup was seamless.

Appointment setup was seamless. Service representative (Taylor) explained the process and keep me informed. He hand delivered the car. The wash/prep guys did a great job. Overall, a great experience.

My 2007 Honda Accord air conditioner was out &having only

My 2007 Honda Accord air conditioner was out &having only 1 car your service adviser Kevin Castillo was great enough to bring me a loaner car to my house & then take my car to the dealership to get fixed.Had my car For 1 day & called me to come & pick up my repaired car .Your service advisor did a fantastic job in servicing me & I appreciate it very much.

Excellent buying experience

Louis Bass is very professional, caring and is a very honest person. Everything I asked to be done was completed during my transaction. I bought 2020 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid Advance from Louis Bass all online and it was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever been through. I live in California and they shipped the vehicle to me. I used to be in the car business so I know what could go wrong so for me to feel comfortable buying this vehicle all online and not stepping foot in their dealership, you know Louis Bass provided an excellent buying experience.

Lewis Bass was the person I worked with in purchasing my car. I found Lewis to be kind, considerate - not pushy. Although I could tell he was busy - mullti-tasking incredibly well, I felt he listened and gave me the time I needed in making my decision.
