Great Service

We purchased a new Ford Mustang from Cleburne Ford. Overall great experience. We were greeted by everyone from salesperson to owner. Everyone was thoughtful and very helpful in getting us in our new mustang. I will be back, and will send my friends and families to do bussiness with Cleburne Ford.

Service yesterday at Cleburne Ford

I stopped by near the end of the day to see if I needed an appointment for service the next morning and they took care of me right then. I know that's not always possible but it is always appreciated when it happens. The dearership is being remodled and the temporary set up is staffed out in the driveway to direct customers. Another example of the care Cleburne Ford gives it's customers.

great service and friendly staff

I have a 2014 Explorer. The service was great. Everytime a staff member came by the lounge other customers and I were asked if we needed anything. I would definately recommend Cleburne Ford to my family and friends.

Great experience

I purchased a 2015 Explorer and the experience was great. Helpful and friendly. Christian music playing and a wonderful atmosphere. Salesman and general manager where very easy to work with, finance guy was great.

Service department was more concerned about up selling me instead of completing what we had asked for. This is the sixth vehicle I have bought from this ford dealership and I usually do not use the service department.
