I personally had an exceptionally good experience working with the Cleburne Ford dealership. My initial contact was internet and phone and had made choice decisions before arriving. I dealt with Robert who had the vehicle prepared and ready for me to test drive. The process was quick and painless and I completed the transaction in an hour or so. Everyone I interfaced with was friendly and courteous. Should God grant me the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle again I will definitely consider Cleburne Ford first.

Used Cars.com to find my gently used gem from Cleburne Ford. Received a personal call within hours. Asked about a trade and Robert gave me a quote that day. Was allowed to wait in peace for a few days before calling in for a test drive. Asked if my dogs could come with me, he didn’t, but Cleburne Ford was fine with it. Robert actively denied people my place in line while I drove from Houston. When I arrived early, the truck was already half done with make ready. Above and beyond, replacing rotors, brakes, fluid, inspection, even replaced a gas cap spring; did not increase my purchase point. Traded my vehicle for a fair price, got the exact truck I wanted, $1000 off for Internet pricing, fast and personable. Felt like more of a church vibe, than a dealership. Great crew in the shop, Robert allowed me to witness my new truck bootless. Just an all around happy experience.
