Great Dealership!

We've had two great experiences at this dealer! From our sales guy, Robert, to the finance manager and GM, they do what they can to take care of their customers. In and out much quicker than other dealers and great pricing!

Very disappointed in the sales and finance person...

Very disappointed in the sales and finance person Thomas.. Waited for a truck to go through service department, going there several times from out of town, (gas ain’t cheap..#ThanksBrandon). “It is what it is” Jason Mickey sales consultant. Customer relationships are meaningless at #CleburneFord.

Rarely does a dealer earn their five star rating, but Cleburne Ford truly earned. I will drive from Dallas anytime.....

Cleburne Ford service

Firstime customer. On time, friendly and professional. Required parts had been ordered and ready to install. John in the parts department excellent employee and pleasure to work with. Tamra, service tech, friendly,efficient, and kept me informed as work on my SUV progressed. Penny, cashier, provided me a great experience in her ability to complete extra paperwork I requested and her knowledge to do so.

Top-notch

I was hesitant of using a small town dealership. In my opinion, I imagined that big city dealerships had more to work with when selling and servicing used vehicles. But Bobby De La Garza, owner, came out and said Hi to my husband and I before we even purchased the car. He recommended we get a warranty based on all the bells and whistles our vehicle boasted- we bought the ?limited.? My husband and I decided that would be best for us to take the warranty- which is the most generous warranty we have seen in our history of purchasing vehicles. 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. While he made the recommendation, There was no pressure. Mark, sales rep, sold us a 2017 Ford Explorer. Wonderful experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle and very kind, small town experience. We needed service on the vehicle a few weeks later (nothing that could have been prevented). Steve, the service manager, got us right in, diagnosed the car and we were out of there within an hour and a half. We had another minor issue pop up, Called Steve back, he got us in an fixed within 24 hours. Of the 2 visits I made, we would have paid over $600 to fix the issues. But we only paid $100 because of the warranty we purchased with our vehicle and the dealerships/service centers commitment to ensure customer satisfaction. The experience was phenomenal. They listened and had compassion. They are honest which is difficult to find in today?s world! Thank you Cleburne Ford!

I was about to buy a used truck with twice the miles for a few thousand more when I saw the best deal at Cleburne Ford. I was in and out with my purchase in about 40 minutes. thank you

They got me right in and out. the service personal were very great on making sure that you were doing ok on your wait by getting you something to drink and letting you know how thing were going with your car.
