This was a wonderful experience.

This was a wonderful experience. Blane was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. From entering the dealership through finance, everyone was very friendly and made the entire buying experience a pleasure. I have had a couple of questions after the purchase and Blane has been available even after the sale to help.

Lincoln repair experience

Awful communications from the service manager. My Aviator was in the shop 31 days. After day 13 he told me the parts were in and repairs should be completed tomorrow. After hearing no update for 4-5 days, I called and emailed many times on days 18-25. On day 26 I received a call back and the communications improved. Work was completed on day 31 and the vehicle was returned to me unwashed.

2 years have gone by…….

Honestly this was a really great experience. I generally do not write reviews. Maybe one in every 100 requests. The sales people were great. The finance people were exceptional. The Management Staff went over and beyond to get our long awaited (2 years) Bronco delivered……
