My salesperson, Maxwell Wilkerson, was incredible to work with. He was responsive without being pushy. He was straightforward, honest, with no run around. By far my best car buying experience ever. I was there only a couple of hours with no unnecessary haggling or upselling. Maxwell gave me exactly what I had dreamed of! I highly recommend him and Grapevine Ford!

I highly DO NOT recommend this deadealership.
Shopping for Maverick pickup. Process was good through the selection then we hit the Overlords in the glass bubble. Things came to a absolute standstill. I was willing to pay for the entire purchase but was told I had to put some on a loan. I put "down" a fair portion of the cost. Two hours waiting to get out of the dealership. They escorted me to the waiting room to wait further. I had not had lunch and was starving not that I would have but there was only three candy bars in the vending machine. Unprofessional and not clue what a customer is or even cares.
