Chris in the service department is simply amazing! He is considerate, kind, organized and just a great service advisor! We bought a car from your dealership last year and Chris was involved in making it perfect for my wife. I did not forget him or your dealership. I brought my personal vehicle in for a detail and it was done beautifully. Listen, I own my business and know how important feedback is. The other team members working in service were also very polite and helpful. At check out, the receptionist was was excellent too. So far I’m very pleased with the service department and upper management at Grubbs Infinity. I feel like they back their product. The sales pitches can be a little too much. But after getting through all of that the experience keeps getting better and better.

Wanted to purchase a used Volvo but without a dealer near my home I turned to the internet for a nationwide search. I'm glad I did because my dealings with Armani at Grubbs was exceptional. He sent me photos and video of the XC90. Walked me through the entire vehicle remotely. Answered all my questions and provided great mechanical detail on the vehicle. After the deal was done he stayed in contact and updated me on the shipment of the XC90 from Grubbs to my home. He sent pictures of the final cleaning of the vehicle and called to ensure it arrived in the same condition it left the lot. Outstanding service and outstanding individual.
