Service rep very professional, courteous, and friendly. Brad kept us update on progress. Great representative for Grubbs Infinity. Car was clean on delivery. A loaner car was offered but not required.

I love Grubbs and everyone I run into there. Ashley Zuniga is my to go Advisor and she is extremely knowledgeable as is my Tech Sanchez. They always make sure I'm satisfied with the work before I drive off.

The put a dent in my car

Thought I'd give these guys a try for an oil change since they sent me a coupon in the mail. When they returned my car, they put a BIG DENT on my vehicle. I told the agent about it and he said to me over the phone, "the driver didn't mark the dent on the walk-through paperwork but that he saw the dent when it arrived" I told him that the dent was never there. I even showed him a video of my car leaving the garage when I handed it to the valet driver proving that the dent was never there. He kept insisting that it was there even though it clearly wasn't. I asked for a copy of the walk-through paperwork. His initial response - it could take a couple of days for us to scan it in. I'm like couple days to scan? What year do you live in? Just take a picture and send it. Finally got the paperwork which showed that the valet driver marked the dent. I did not sign any paperwork that showed there was a dent on my vehicle. This idiot created falsified the documents to make it appear that the I signed off on the dent even though I clearly didn't. They lost me as a customer not only for maintenance but also for future car sales. Hope this was worth it for you guys!

Such an amazing sales representative! Adolfo answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He's the best no doubt. I would definitely come here again!

Entire experience from the moment I called was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Paul was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Paul made the whole process comfortable and I will definitely be doing all my service here.

COVID precautions ignored by cashier

I was very happy with my experience until I saw the cashier not wearing a face mask correctly. Every service customer had to get within the exposure zone to get their car back. I definitely expected better. They also don’t bother enforcing their mask policy. I moved away from a group in the waiting room who ignored the yellow signs at the doors. They are not very readable or maybe some people just don’t care. I felt very unsafe and won’t go back until COVID is over. It’s just not worth the risk I was subjected to. Jade was great as a service advisor and I would recommend her to anyone. I can’t say the same about the dealership.

Watch out for scam

Be aware they charge a $2,499 dealership prep fee and a $799 dealer fee on top of there list price. Do not waste your time as they keep most there cars in the back and they take forever in going back to get them. They wasted 3 hours and the sales manager never even came out to talk to us. Bad business

David, We are very sorry our fees were not explained to you. The Prep fee is used to prepare all vehicles for the road, which includes maintains, inspections, and repairs. We wish you luck in your hunt for a new car.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the used car side of this dealership , like others have said, they make false promises , they pad costs to inflate pricing, managers are disrespectful xxxxxxxx. They are beyond unprofessional.
