Brought my Wrangler in for routine service. This is my go to dealer in Austin for service. It is easy to schedule. Service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure the work is done right. Technicians in the shop are extremely skillful and efficient. I have worked with Tony the last few times I've been in and can't say enough good things. In the service dept, Tony, Alan, and Justin are phenomenal.

Service Advisor Kyle Campbell was informative and helpful. The service department in general, however, for more than a year since I've been going there has a phone system that does not announce the dealership name so you are not sure that you are leaving a message at the right place then your message sometimes gets to the advisor and sometimes you will not get a call back.

Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my
Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my experience. My car broke down, and I needed to get it jumped to bring to the Covert lot. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day and was advised when I dropped it off that I could cancel the appointment and just call them to speak to someone since I had already brought the car over. I did that, but didn't get through to anyone. It took me 3 days to get in touch with someone, and all they said was that my car was assigned to a technician but it hadn't been seen yet. I called back the next day for a timing update, still nothing. This went on for about a week, with them then saying they'd get to it first thing the next week. I had to keep reaching out for an update. Ultimately ended up coming to the lot to jump it again and take it somewhere else (where it was seen and fixed in 2 days). I understand they can't always see it right away, but it was so frustrating being led to believe that they would see it and that I received no proactive communication in the 1.5 weeks my car was sitting on their lot. I will not be going back.
