I started with this dealership and then started looking at another dealership just for comparison shopping. A third dealership in another town pretty much ghosted me even though I hardly asked any questions. I went back and forth for a while trying to decide and ended up deciding on the other dealership. After I was in financing at the other dealership, there were some extra costs that were necessary to be able to use a warranty. These costs were never disclosed. I reached out to Chuck while at the other dealership expressing my concern and told him I would definitely buy my next vehicle from him at Covert. He said he would come pick me up and still had the vehicle I wanted. I stopped the process at the other dealership, thanked them for their time, and went outside where Chuck came to pick me up in a nice Jeep Gladiator. He drove me to Covert since my ride to the other dealership had already left. At Covert I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price with the utmost professionalism. It took hardly any time, and now my son and I have a great Jeep. My son will be taking it soon as his own, and I will go directly to Covert when I need to get another vehicle for myself. Chuck has reached out to check up on how the vehicle is and how we like it. He also has answered multiple questions before, during, and after the purchase. Chuck will be the person I purchase my next vehicle with when the time comes. A couple of sales managers also reached out letting me know my options. Covert is close to where I live, has great vehicles, and even better personnel helping make vehicle dreams come true. Thank you Chuck and the other team members for all your help and patience.
