If you’re considering doing business with Jeff Hunter

If you’re considering doing business with Jeff Hunter Toyota, think twice especially if you value honesty, accountability, or being treated with basic respect as a paying customer. I’ve been a loyal Toyota owner, with five vehicles currently in my household, two purchased directly from Jeff Hunter Toyota, along with extended service contracts and full tire packages for each one. For 2 decades, I’ve had all my service done at this dealership. That loyalty clearly meant nothing when I recently experienced one of the most bizarre and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a business under their new ownership and management. During a routine oil change, their team diagnosed a power steering pump leak on my 2016 Tacoma. I was told it needed replacing and was even sent a targeted coupon for that exact repair. Based on their own advice, I brought my vehicle in for the fix. Hours later, I get a call saying there’s now “no leak”, no explanation, no accountability. And yet, I was still charged $189.88 for a diagnostic fee I never agreed to and should never have been responsible for. Oh, and the charge appeared twice on my credit card. So let me get this straight: 1. Your techs diagnose a problem. 2. You upsell me a repair. 3. Then you say the issue doesn’t exist. 4. And I’m still expected to pay for it, twice? After pushing for a refund (which I had to fight for), I received a petty, retaliatory response from the Service Manager, Adam Schwarz, telling me I would need to “take my vehicles elsewhere from now on.” No apology. No professionalism. Just punishment for daring to hold them accountable for their mistake. Apparently, Jeff Hunter Toyota’s idea of customer service is: if you question us, we blacklist you. To top it off, they tried to suggest I can no longer bring any of my vehicles in, not even for ToyotaCare service on my brand-new 2025 Camry, which is prepaid factory maintenance and something they are obligated to honor as the local Toyota dealer. If they try to deny that, I’ll be taking it directly to Toyota corporate. If this is how they treat customers who’ve given them thousands of dollars in business over the years, imagine how they’ll treat someone walking in for the first time. Save yourself the time, the money, and the headache. There are plenty of Toyota dealers out there, go to one that values integrity, not one that punishes you for their own incompetence. —S. Anderson. the contact page doesn't tell me who will be answering the contact. I'm asking about service, not internet sales. Also, the person who called me in internet sales doesn't have the message that I sent displayed to him.

Very responsible company with outstanding employees.

Very responsible company with outstanding employees. My best experience, just so happens my family has bought our third new vehicle in the last six months. Great job to all those employees that assisted us in the process.

Cory, salesman and Lauren in Financial were great.

Cory, salesman and Lauren in Financial were great. Everything was handled without a flaw. Very precise and no wasted time. they know their jobs well. Thanks to both of them. I was without transportation, Cory brought the car to me and we went to Jeff hunter Toyota where Lauren had the paperwork ready and I just went in , signed, paid and we were done.

My salesman, Eddie Rosado, went to bat for me.

My salesman, Eddie Rosado, went to bat for me. He and his sales manager worked diligently to make the numbers right to close the deal. They also got me a trade in price that we could all be happy with. My experience with the finance department was efficient and painless. Everyone explained everything they could. If you leave this dealership not knowing something about the financing or the vehicle, it is because you weren’t paying attention. Overall, my experience was very pleasurable, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!
