I went into the dealership looking for a RAV4 and wanted a white with the gray interior, which they did not have in stock. Approximately 5 weeks later I got a call that said we have your car. I went in to look and drove out with a new RAV4 and am very pleased with how everything was explained to me as to the operations all worked. The salesman was very patient with me and all my questions.

I give this place a grade F! I brought my car in to be fixed last week and they did not fix the right rear window which won't go down! They kept me waiting for over 3 hours and I had to leave so I could eat lunch, I am Diabetic and I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon. These people did not fix my car and did not do everything I asked! I'm taking my car to a very good mechanic in West who will do the job! I'm never bringing my car back to this place again! I am done!

The buying experience was simple and easy. I spent less than an hour at the dealership and drove out in a brand new car.

Extraordinary dealership! My wife purchased a 2024 Toyota Venza Hybrid and they were able to totally satisfy her and answer all of her questions- and believe me, she asks a lot of questions as she is my wife!! . They took absolutely wonderful care of her in the entire process. They made the buying and trading in a vehicle process so very easy and smooth! Not only did they do everything they could to accommodate her needs but they also DELIVERED the car to her and picked up the trade in- 350 miles one way! Krystal Marshall far exceeded our expectations. She was able to find the exact 4Runner we wanted. Upon arrival she was eager to meet us and was super friendly and made us feel at home. She was great to work with as we made this purchase remotely. She was also great at responding to text messages and emails and always kept me up to date in the process of purchasing our new 4Runner.
