Great Customer service and very knowledgeable service

John Hawkins is great.

Quentin Moore really took care of us.

Quentin Moore really took care of us. He was very attentive to our requests and he made it happen. He did not try to just sell us on any vehicle, he really listened to our needs. We actually had a vehicle come in from another dealership within the Auto Nation network that we were initially sold on. The vehicle showed up but was not what we expected. Quentin did need even bother to try to push the vehicle on us just to make a sale. He was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and found us the perfect alternative. We definitely will recommend Quentin to our family and friends. We will see him for our next purchase. Thank you.

San went out of his way to troubleshoot and diagnose my vehicle problem then eventually came up with doing what he could to solve the issue. I am satisfied and we need more service reps like Sam.

We had a very pleasant experience. Our salesman Kane was great to work with and very considerate in helping us decide the best choice and in following up with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Hassan was also very nice to work with. We are very happy with the service and our new Mercedes which is our 1st!

Service advisor when available is great.

Service advisor when available is great. This dealership has high prices with service and always finds additional things wrong/expenses. Fixes things that truly didn't need fixing. Way overpriced.
