Quentin Moore really took care of us. He was very attentive to our requests and he made it happen. He did not try to just sell us on any vehicle, he really listened to our needs. We actually had a vehicle come in from another dealership within the Auto Nation network that we were initially sold on. The vehicle showed up but was not what we expected. Quentin did need even bother to try to push the vehicle on us just to make a sale. He was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and found us the perfect alternative. San went out of his way to troubleshoot and diagnose my vehicle problem then eventually came up with doing what he could to solve the issue. I am satisfied and we need more service reps like Sam.
