I don't like the credit process. I was told it would be one rate, and when I came in to actually make the purchase, the rate changed about 4%. I also did not like the fact, that my credit application was run several times. If I were pre-approved, and told a particular rate, that's what it should have been. If I were not desperate to replace my flooded vehicle, I would have waited and went back to Carmax. That was the only issue that I had. I liked my salesperson, as he was very patient and understanding.

It was so easy buying a car at AutoNation. I liked the no haggle pricing... I still got a great deal. Only thing I didn't like was someone coming in and giving the hour long "sell" on getting the extended warranty. Ask for Sunny... he'll take care of your! He'll make sure the car is clean & hi shiny with a full tank of gas.

Needed some service repairs and a small recall to be completed. My service advisor, Rene was AWESOME. I couldn't have asked for a better overall result. Thanks Rene!!!

I love the car dodge Challenger I brought. The only thing with buying the car I was there just about all day, but i know paper work could take some time.

I came to the service department to get a tire replaced on my Town and Country van. The tire was under a warranty plan. The service technician was familiar with the plan and called to verify the confirmation for payment the was given to me. Unfortunately the tire size I needed was not available at the store, so the service technician ordered the tire and asked me to return the next day. The service technician called me the next day to let me know that they had received. the tire. Everyone was very nice, the store was clean and the wait time was minimal

Pricey for just a oil change and tried to get me to have some more work on my car
