I had a service maintenance done on vehicle. I expected someone to meet me at my vehicle when I drove up to the service area but to no avail. I went inside and had to wait to be asked "what can I do for you". When I did get help Robin was very kind and considerate (didn't seem enthused). She got me set up for maintenance and I was on my way. She called when vehicle was ready and I received my vehicle. It would have been very nice if they could have washed it before returning it to me after I had spent over $1000.
