Antonio was THE GREATEST!!!! He was extremely patient with me, and I can admit to some hesitation on my end from previous potential car buying experiences. HE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I know I'm very particular, and sometimes lengthy in my decision making. The ENTIRE time he was a delight!!! And he worked with me to secure the car!!! He understood the assignment! :-) Thank You So Much Antonio!!! You were Beyond Amazing, and so was your manager!!! The price I had in mind, he tried his best to work around, and get me approved for financing. It was a tedious process, but he made it worth it.

I came from Louisiana to purchase the vehicle in Houston I was greeted with a friendly and professional salesman by the name Tee who Not only honored my trade amount given site unseen but Had the vehicle inspected and the few adjustments I requested taken Care Of All in The Same Day. I even told him that I didn't need the vehicle detailed because I needed to get back on the interstate but he had it completely detailed warmerald and pulled to the front with a full tank of gas ready to go. Time consuming in finance took much longer then most places but the rate was ok

The dealership was very clean overall. Most recently I was in for our vehicles first oil change and it took two hours. I think that is a bit excessive but understand I am dealing with a dealership. Downside to my last visit was that from my seat in the waiting area I overheard two different arguments amongst employees. Neither were very long nor did they get too heated, however, as a customer I do not want to be in an ear shot of the company drama.

Great service with my jeep. Robin kept me uo to date on it and when it would be ready.

Yuri was extremely helpful and friendly, kept me up to date and stayed late to help me get my car which was appreciated!

Robin Cothron and the service department, in my experience, do a very good job. Robin communicates with me at all times from appointment scheduling to getting me out the door as quick as possible.
