Shane Donaldson was very helpful in suggesting the proper service for my 2006 Expedition, and the service was performed quickly. Also, I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on one of the tables in the waiting area and the lady at the car rental desk promptly and cheerfully helped me clean it up. Although I thanked her for her help in cleaning up the mess I made, please acknowledge her for her service. These are just some of the reasons that I have my cars serviced at Bayway and why I am likely to buy my next car there. Please keep up the good work and let your employees know that their efforts are appreciated.

The Difference between Bayway and oer dealers
Asked when I would like service not when they could work it into their schedule. Quick Had tire rotated, oil changed and car washed and cleaned in two hours. Have spend more that that on each of the three. Service writer had my record when I arrived, had checked for recalls and what service I need BEFORE I got there. I walked out side the service areas and viewed thru the doors, the large shop was clean and organized Waiting area was clean, with ample reading material. When there were three men left in the room one of them changed the tv channel to a outdoors show from a soap opera. The control was available and he asked if it was ok to change. Cards in the waiting room that told about common service like tires, brakes, were very good. They are short, and easy too understand. It appears they were produced by Lincoln, very good idea. GREAT EXPERENCE
