I appreciate Jon checking in the next day to see if the car was performing correctly. It also was really great that while checking filters he videoed what they looked like before changing to give me the chance of having such replaced. Actually service department seems to be better than the sales department. Hopefully in 3 years sales will greatly improve.

I have never been to AutoNation Acura Freeway where I was

I have never been to AutoNation Acura Freeway where I was disappointed with the Service Department. Richard was great and kept me informed what was happening to my vehicle while I waited. He explained the recommended options and made me feel that I wasn't forced to get those done. I take care of getting service for all 4 of my family's cars and this dealership is the easiest to deal with.

I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Acura,

I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Acura, mainly because of the service department. They take very good care of me, being a woman, I really appreciate them treating me equal. When I tell them about a noise, they stay with it until they hear it, then fixes it. Mario and Matthew are always so very respectful. They always make me feel home while I?m there, send a video of the mechanic working on my car, and telling me exactly what is being done, and what needs to be done soon.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked with me to accomplish what I set out to do - trade old truck for newer truck. Price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but it was a very reasonable price for the condition of the truck.

My experience with Candace was outstanding, she was both

My experience with Candace was outstanding, she was both knowledgeable and patient. If I was rating her I’d give her a “5 star” rating. My frustration was with being forced to sign a document saying additional dealer services like paintless dent removal were not required. I asked to have them removed numerous times and was told that was not possible. During closing I had to sign an agreement that the purchase of that component was not “required” when clearly it was. Is it any wonder the general public despises the auto buying process.
