Lied to me: Horrible

I will discribe this as a good deal gone bad. 1. I found the car I was looking for online. Was instantly contacted by the General Manager Brian. 2. I was out of town so Holly the internet manager took a $250.00 payment over the phone after explaining to me that the payment was refundable if I decided not to purchase the car. 3. Went in and was treated very well. Worked with Dustin and even put $750.00 more with the $250.00 as a down payment just because. 4. As soon as I mentioned changing my mind due to a potential transmission issue on the car the customer service stopped. Imagine that!! 5. The new finance manager refunded the $750.00 but would not refund the $250.00. He said he will have to talk to Holly first and call me back later that day. Never received any call. But was hung up on by Dustin. I was lied to once again. 6. The old finance manager was no longer working there so when I asked to speak to Holly or Brian neither of them have been available. Dustin explained right before he hung up that he does not handle these issues and will be calling the other customers who want to buy the car. Which I was fine with because it seemed to have a transmition issue. Nothing has been resolved. I think the $250.00 was a good price to pay because if its all about the sell God forbid what id had to deal with if I had to take my car in for service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to am ememy. Decided to buy from Gillman Acura and they had it together. No back and forth, no lies, professional and knowledgeable.

Great buying experience

I had an appointment to drive a 2015 Acura MDX and when I got to the dealership, Morris Tuck met me outside as I was getting out of my car. That kind of attention was what I received right through the whole buying experience that day. I love my new car and look forward to a long relationship with AutoNation Acura.

No Buyers Remorse

Oct 28,2014 went to get oil change 2004 RL Dustin Daughenbaugh sales consultant was so very friendly talk to me about the new features 2014TLX, I was given a brochure was not pushy, never ask if I was in the market to purchase a new car. Needless to say I was think about looking at BMW, make a long story short I purchased TLX. Thank you Dustin for everything.

Dwayne Curtis Sr. is the man!

Our experience at Autonation Acura was wonderful. Our salesman, Dwayne Curtis Sr. was very helpful and courteous. If you want a great car buying experience go to this dealership and ask for Dwayne. He answered all of our questions and made our time there enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We also want to thank Albert Merrell for helping us as well. He is a nice guy and was very patient with us. Love this dealership!

Great Service

I purchased a 2015 TLX from Auto Nations, Dustin Daughenbaugh was the greatest. He took time to make sure all my questions were answered. He gave me a great overview of how the car works and offered to help me at anytime with questions. I didn't have to spend an entire day, I came in purchased the car and was out in great time. It is always great coming to Auto Nations, this is my second purchase and the atmosphere is great, the facility is clean. I will be telling all my friends about Dustin.

Great Salesperson and buying experience

We have had a second great experience buying an Acura from Gulf Freeway Acura and our Salesman Dustin was wonderful to work with, he made our buying experience so comfortable and no high pressure sales pitches.
