Very professional and courteous encounters with each Service Technician that I encountered. Pleased with the service that I received from beginning to end. 2012 Honda Pilot

Purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot. My mechanic inspected the car and found some issues. Upon communicating with AutoNation the agreed to check the car again. With their inspection the acknowledged that one of the items was noted by them but not repaired for some reason. Of the 3 items 2 were repaired and the other was stated to be in acceptable and safe condition. Repairs were done free of cost but this was within 3 days of purchase and the window for returns.

I spent a long time searching for the right vehicle for...

I spent a long time searching for the right vehicle for my family. I was 99% sure I was going to go with a with another brand but once that dealership tried to tack on fees and "warrantys" that took the price about 10% above MSRP... I was done. Autonation Acura did not have ANY hidden fees or dealership markups. They even slightly discounted the final price after we could not agree on color choice. Sayed Hasanzada, Balal Rauf, and Tory Nguyen all made buying a new vehicle a breeze. My wife and I left completely satisfied. Thanks -Matt
