Doing business at Mike Calvert has been the worst

Doing business at Mike Calvert has been the worst customer experience ever at a dealership. I came for a test drive, submitted pre-approval application (which was approved) and selected a vehicle confirmed an available vehicle in stock only to be told it was no longer available when I arrived to sign papers. Even after selecting another vehicle (more expensive and at a higher interest rate), it took hours to get processed. To add insult to injury, this dealership did not honor the $50 test drive offer. I have sent numerous text messages and emails, but no one ever responds them (although they are quick to send their sales pitch messages). I even returned in person to follow up on the test drive reward I did not receive and multiple managers were unable to complete the process to validate my test drive. Their sales teams have learned all the appropriate customer experience phrases to use, but their actions do not reflect they care about the customer and have no respect for the customers' time based on the hours I've wasted following up with no results.

The service Manager made a conscious effort to expedite

The service Manager made a conscious effort to expedite my repairs, the waiting area was clean. Bathroom was clean. Everybody was polite ,excellent job. The service mechanic made a video explaining what I need to do going forward with my vehicle. Very informative appreciate it. Thank you.

Hey, just wanted to give a shoutout to my awesome car salesman Jeremy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. They were knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new ride!
