I’m 53 so I’ve bought a car or 2 in my life. I’ve had the typical experiences that most of you have had. Not good that is! I can’t say anything Negative about Mike Calvert though. My experience was great. Friendly staff, clean dealership, not too pushy and knew when to back off when I needed time to think about the deal presented.

We just wanted to commend our young salesman Jake for his professionalism and knowledge throughout the buying process for our 2024 RAV4 on Tuesday. Unlike some young people who have trouble relating to “elders” (my husband and I are 81 and 80, respectively), Jake had no trouble talking to us about any topic that came up. No, “you guys,” a phrase constantly used by young adults when confronted with older customers. Jake was polite, respectful, attentive, patient. In short, we really liked him. I think he’ll be a terrific salesman for Mike Calvert Toyota. Also, Jake’s boss was a lot of fun. Not sure of his name. I had to list a person to finish this evaluation, so listed Damian. But I’m not sure he was Jake’s boss.

The salesman quoted us a price then after the signing and we got home they had screwed us on the sale wouldn’t recommend

I have engine oil & filter change and a state inspection done today. The advisor was knowledgeable and handled my needs professionally. The service was done timely. My only complaint was that they would charge you 3% fees for payment made with credit card. No other dealers do this as I know

It was a nice and fast transaction for the purchase on the new Toyota 4Runner
