Bad experience in a word.

Bad experience in a word. 1) Lack of transparency on Cost explanation (imagine $6k for “accessorries” that they do not really know), 2) unreasonable wait time, 3) Discommunication internal and with customer and 4) Rude sales staff. Not the service for $50k important purchase.

Went to go get a service done on my vehicle.

Went to go get a service done on my vehicle. Quoted one price but when I dropped the vehicle off, it changed to 1500 more in price. On top of them not fixing warranty related issues stating it’s because of “outside factors” but no one could explain what outside factors meant. I would avoid. While there, I personally heard 3 people complaining about the service there. The business itself is not trustworthy. The employees were great.
