Bad experience in a word. 1) Lack of transparency on Cost explanation (imagine $6k for “accessorries” that they do not really know), 2) unreasonable wait time, 3) Discommunication internal and with customer and 4) Rude sales staff. Not the service for $50k important purchase.

Went to go get a service done on my vehicle. Quoted one price but when I dropped the vehicle off, it changed to 1500 more in price. On top of them not fixing warranty related issues stating it’s because of “outside factors” but no one could explain what outside factors meant. I would avoid. While there, I personally heard 3 people complaining about the service there. The business itself is not trustworthy. The employees were great.

Customer service, service department and all the people I spoke with during that day that started contacting Calvert Mike dealership, they were so helpful and very respectful, I even dropped off my daughters car after hours, and they were able to locate the car quickly, I had 0740 appointment that day, and when I arrived at that location my car was already in mechanic shop, diagnosing the problem, in short Calvert Mike Toyota, took all the issues of the car, they towed the car dropped off, and replaced the battery with warranty coverage with Zero balance, Thanks for all your time in helping and took care all issues with no questions asked..

Alway prompt and thorough service and will do whatever it takes to complete the job at hand. Thorough color coded multi point inspection to keep you updated on issues you need to take care of. Much appreciated.
