Legacy Ford, great service... great deals!

The staff was great and Nolan, my salesperson too. the dealer didn't have the car but he made sure I had a test drive on a similar car and although a minimum confusion on the color of the car, The service was awesome. George and Joe also helped me a lot when I bought my Ford Focus ST. Great team, keep up the good work.

Great service - Clean facilities.

We had an appointment. They were punctual,quick, and courteous. We always take our 2015 Escape in for oil change and tire rotation even though we did not purchase the warranty plan. We had a 2013 Escape and took it there for it's first major service. We had purchased the oil, tire rotation warranty on the 2013. Always same kind of service.

Great ruck and service. Quick and easy.

I walked in told them that I had a deal at Chevy and what it was. They said they could do better and did. In and out in about 2.5 hours. Then I wanted to change an insurance that I purchased 2 days later. There was fuss or trouble they made me a new contract, I showed and signed it walked out. Great experience and great truck, glad I stopped buy

QuickLane - Good name for the service

I brought my F150 in for an oil change and was told the time to complete the oil change would be 1.5 hours. Everything was handled very well and I was out of there in 45 minutes, which was great!

Excellent Customer Service

I made an appointment and was early - so the work started early - and even with some extra work - I was out promptly and on my way. I was treated fairly, courteously, and my used 2008 Ford was treated just as if it were a brand new - high dollar vehicle. I appreciated being treated very well by the service people - I have been treated like a "dumb girl" at other dealerships, and was very pleased by the way I was spoken to, and dealt with by this dealership - I will be back.
