Will not go back

Customer service is poor. Don't try to use their express checkout option. It will pull credit several times. Express checkout should not be an option if inventory cannot be updated in real time.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The new car was very dusty from some construction going on at dealership. The car was cleaned- but looked to be rushed (we were rushing them) We are very satisfied

Jeff and Nick! 2 great guys! Jeff was awesome at getting what my wife and I wanted. Nick was the most down to earth guy we ever met. My wife loves her SUV!! I think when the time comes I'll be back to trade in my truck. My wife and I agree that this was the best experience buying a car. We were in and out in no time at all!! Thanks guys for everything!!!

Worst ever. Epitome of used car dealer. They told me the free delivery cost 250. The manager Pat Hurst said he would refund my money, then never did and never took my calls. Caleb said he would send the car report and a video of where the engine oil district was. Never did. Look out for these guys. Go anywhere else.

You’ll pay more than the advertised price!! Will try to charge you a $499 dealer fee when stated online it’s only $199. And will add $1000 if the vehicle is certified.

I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago at this dealership...

I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago at this dealership with a platinum warranty plan. When I signed the contract for the warranty, I didn't see the fine print until they printed it out for me at the end. I was supposed to receive two sets of working keys for my warranty to be valid. However they only provided me with one. I have been trying for 6 months to get the second key from the dealership. The finance people referred me to my salesman Myron, the salesman kept ducking my phone calls, and finally it all came to a head within the last month when my wife was locked out of our van, and I couldn't use the roadside assistance on the warranty that I paid for because we only had one working key. I was told by a guy named Nick in the finance department that I should have lied to the warranty company to get my second key. Sorry, but I'm not going to lie to cover what you guys should have already done. I also left repeated messages for the salesman, for service, for a manager, for anyone who was willing to at least call back and listen to me. Finally I had to find a negative review online that had a response from the dealership with a phone number that I called and threatened legal action in order to for them to finally do what they should have done 6 months ago. I'm thankful it was eventually resolved oh, but I would never do business with Andy Mohr again.

I took my new Nissan to have the oil change and the tires...

I took my new Nissan to have the oil change and the tires rotated and I was greeted by Josh Miller the express Service advisor along with Trevor teal who Was my salesman for my new Nissan!! I was in and out Quickly And also a free car wash was added to my service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Josh and Trevor are the one two punch for customer satisfaction at its best!!!
