Absolutely the worst experience in my 36 years of buying...

Absolutely the worst experience in my 36 years of buying vehicles. High pressure sales! HUGE turn off. My actual sales guy wasn't bad, but the two managers above him, did the 'full court press' sales pressure on me. I left there and within an hour the texts and calls began. They continued the high pressure sales. One key thing that was not favorable was the 4.9% interest rate. I ended up buying a Nissan from a Nissan competitor and their interest rates were 0% and 0.9%. Not sure why the huge difference in rates. The overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone.

If there was a no star available for rating that would be my choice. I found this car on car guru and was a great deal. I spoke with salesman assured me the car is pristine. Reminded him I am four hours away please send me pics of car and flaws. Asked if this was a smoker vehicle and reported back no. Salesman noted no flaws. Also car went through detail and was ready to go according to salesman. Ran my credit and prepped documents. Arrived and immediately appeared bumper was not attached correctly appeared to be in accident, burn on front passenger seat from cigarette. White stains on seat, leaves under driver seat and rips in backseat fabric where attaches to frame. Within five minites I told them I am not buying this car. They were so kind to show me another car at ten thousand more that I could have bought in my hometown. No apologies, courtesy nothing! Stay away from Andy Mohr dealerships!

We came to look at vehicles and ended up drinking away in a new Nissan Rogue! Our salesperson Trevor was fantastic! No hard sell. We were just looking and he asked what we could pay and made it happen.

Not same price

Found a car on cars.com listed for like 17,330. Called an made an appointment. The day of the appointment they called to confirm. I asked if the vehicle I looked at was still there. They said yes. I get there and they bring out a black one, was looking at a blue one. Whatever, I can deal with it. Went to talk price and the price was $20,100. So, I have to pay more for a color I don't want, but same exact car? Asked where the car was I looked at online. They said it had damage. What ever, bait and switch and lied about pricing. Don't waste your time with Andy Mohr. Mohr wasted time. That is all.

Service Advisor failed to look up my andy mohr one card...

Service Advisor failed to look up my andy mohr one card which meant my oil change was to be free. Luckily nice cashier looked it up when I mentioned it and sent me on my way without a charge as it should have been. Glad to know that some people take the time to look things up when customer tells them..gone down hill since Matt the service manager left
