the customer service is always top notch. the time of wait is usually spot on. disappointed in the cost increase for being a long time customer in the repair department

Great overall service and experience

Everybody I worked with was very professional and courteous. Ehab Aref, my Sales Consultant, was very helpful in finding the car I was looking for and kept me informed on the status of the delivery of my vehicle. He offered his help with explaining the car’s features and was overall very knowledgeable and kind. Michael Price was also very helpful with the financial part of the purchase and helped me get the right maintenance and extended warranty for my vehicle. It was overall a great experience purchasing a car from Gerald Subaru.

Service assistant was very polite; Very efficient, maintenance work was completed before estimated time. Received a complimentary car wash which was much appreciated in this weather.

Great service and people you can trust

Colin was very patient in going through the status report of my vehicle. And gave me several options, up to and including a ride home if I couldn't stay and wait for the repairs to be done. He was very pleasant and eager to answer any service questions I had--and explain in detail. This is why I still come here, I like the service department and I feel like they are very trustworthy, proficient, professional and friendly, as well.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation

Came in and resolved some concerns and made it easy not to stress about the oil change. They also put in a tad more tire pressure for the winter like you should due to cold weather.
