Fair and low pressure

I was expecting the hype of a usual car sales lot but was very pleasantly surprised. We had a good experience buying our car from Universal Auto Plaza. Daryl was helpful, and no pressure, and went out of his way to help us quickly buy a dependable car. We came away feeling like we got a good deal. I would highly recommend them.

Do NOT purchase from here

If I could give zero stars I would. We were given the run around about a vehicle we wanted. The credit that was run could have anything on the lot. Spoke to 4 different people who gave 4 different versions of things. Nobody made any sense and when questioned, the “manager” stated that they didn’t know what they were doing and they ill informed. We were purchasing from out of state, but incorrect instructions were given and we were then told that it would be days before a resolution could be found and that they had not even run the credit score when they actually had! I have now had my credit dinged and dropped 2 points, and as we were trying to be civil, the manager had an arrogance about him implying he did not care if we came back and had actually “puffed” up to the buyer. The vehicle was falsely advertised and upon arrival was covered in scratches from top to bottom and had rattling noises coming from the rear end. Upon more investigations, the photos of the vehicles have heavily been altered to show better than what they actually are. When asking about said issues and if it could be looked at, the truck never moved from the time of test drive. This was going to be a new company truck as our existing was time to be retired. We have now lost days worth of work and have angry customers. We were given false information that we would be going home with a new vehicle. The “dealership” did nothing to rectify the situation and did not seem fazed when approached with an ultimatum of going to another establishment. 00000 stars….we have now had to hobble a “retired” vehicle over 45 minutes back home, a negative ding on a credit score, and a beyond sour taste in our mouths regarding this establishment.

Where is the 0 star option?

Do you like hearing excuses and being manipulated? Then you’ve come to the right place! If you want to hear these people lie to you, and try to defend their every comment rather than own up to their mistakes, look no further than Universal Auto Plaza. Make sure you know your facts before purchasing any car. That is especially true here. I was being taken advantage of, and have 0% interest in returning. In fact, I have LESS than 0% interest in returning.

We talked to several people while at this dealership, and everyone was extremely professional, honest, fair, and respectful of our time while we were there with a 3 year old! They offered us a very fair value for our trade in, and were helpful, not pushy. Listened to our likes, dislikes, wish lists, and didn't try to push certain cars on us. We would definitely go back again.

They were great, but after a week I already had to buy a

They were great, but after a week I already had to buy a brand new fuel injector that they didn't tell me about which made me kinda feel swindled. The car is in perfect condition otherwise so it's hard to give them a terrible rating. The car was a steal we bought it for less than 7000 and it was well worth 10,000 so I can't really complain I would still go back and still recommend them, just make sure you double check everything before purchase! That goes with any used car I suppose!!

This dealership is not reputable or honest

Unprofessional, fast talking constant run-around when dealing with certain individuals. Would not recommend doing business with them. Too many excuses used when dealing with service.

A one of a kind, OUTSTANDING Dealership!

I want to start off by saying, WOW! I have bought a few cars in my life and also gone to help friends and family purchase vehicles as well. I have to say this dealership is not a typical one. They DO NOT PUSH YOU to purchase a vehicle. They WILL DO EVERYTHING in their power to make you happy and satisfied with purchasing from them. Shout out to Denise White and Randy Poe!! Denise is BY FAR the kindest heart you will ever even meet at a "Car Dealership". He will do everything and anything in his power to make you happy and wants to see you smile through this process. If they need to do some work on the car-little or big- they will do it with no ands, ifs or buts! If it will take more than a few hours or maybe days, they will not hesitate to provide you with a loaner in the meantime. WOW! This has been the best experience with buying a car I have ever had. I will be back there again to purchase a vehicle in the future if needed and I will be recommending Universal Auto Plaza to all my friends and family! Outstanding service, Communication, Kindness, Pleasant experience and ALL SMILES! Thank you to all the employees that provided outstanding patience with me throughout this time as well!
