Think twice

Bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport. After driving less thank 750 miles and one week, sensors started coming on and it was making noises. Dealership said to have it checked out, which I did. Clutch and crank sensor were bad. Unfortunately, the warranty they gave me won't cover those repairs so I'm out at least 1650.00. They did say sorry.

Finance Rep - Tommi

Had a routine ?? after the sale and wound up with Tommi on the phone. He blew me off w/a vacation excuse and I called back to see Mgr who fixed my problem in person visit. any dealer that would employ a leaker like "Tommi" will not be seeing me again!

2014 Jeep patriot

Lucky Line Motors is the greatest dealer! I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot this year without any problems. Couple months passed and an airbag light came on, so I took it back to the dealer. They told me that I could either leave it at the dealership or drop it of at there warehouse so their mechanics can take a look at it. After a couple days they called me and told me that the only problem my car had was the head rest sensor, which costs $50, but they replace without charging me a penny! The person's name that helped me through the entire process was Habib. Easy process and Amazing experience!

Ron Banks

After Ron banks was asked not to run a credit check unless a specific vehicle was instock he chose to do so anyway without permission. He also decided to personally text a number that he was not given for personal reasons to voice his opinion about a review that was written after the customer left the store. He was disrespectful, unwelcoming, degrading and rude in this text to this phone. I will never recommend anyone to shop here. After several attempts to contact the owner to no avail we have decided to contact the police for telephone harassment

Pleasant car-buying experience and wonderful car!

First of all, Lucky Line was the only car dealer in the area that had the car I wanted. Salesman Wayne showed me the car I asked for, and made the experience just like talking with a friend. There was absolutely none of the typical arm-twisting bull that most car dealers use and talking with Will and Ron made financing easy and fast. Lucky Line is the only carshop I will ever visit!

Great experience with this dealer!

Lucky Line was the only dealer in Richmond or Fredericksburg that had exactly the secondhand Prius I wanted. Salesman Wayne gave me a test drive and Ron and Will helped my bank write up the financials and the whole experience was so pleasant and positive that I will always go to them when looking for a car. Since car buying can have the elements of bull and arm-twisting that make the experience painful, I recommend that you go to Lucky Line for the very best car and customer service available anywhere.

Angry

Bought a 2018 car that had a manufactory warranty and did not even make it home. So took it in to get it worked on at the Kia dealership because it was still under warranty. Well the car was not maintained so Kia would not fix it. So lucky lime ended up taking the car back but I was out of pocket for a full tank of gas and 300 dollars from Kia. This was a nightmares!!!!

Best price on Honda Ridgeline

dealt with Ali, very nice gentleman, it was an easy process for me because i have bought many cars and know all the bull, did not pressure me to buy extended warranty or crap gap insurance, i had my own financing so i had the leverage,
