BEWARE

Called right away in the morning to schedule and hold 2022 RDX. Informed them that I lived 2 hours away. They said yes, car is available - we’ll pull it up front for your appointment, and come on down. Took the 2 hour drive, dealing with Chicago’s crazya$$ drivers and crap ton of construction. Only to get there and they sold the car out from underneath me. Literally putting on the new owners license plates on when they finally figured out where the car was in the dealer (stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to figure out where the xxxx the car was) Pretty xxxxty. They did have a comparable vehicle - same year, higher mileage and higher price tag than the one I had reserved, then said they wouldn’t work on the price for me. Makes no sense that the one I had reserved had lower miles and lower price. Same a-spec package. Then on my the way of my 2 hour drive back, they called me asking if I was still coming for the test drive! No one knew what the eff what was going on - poor customer service - total joke. This would’ve been my 5 Acura, by far the worst Acura dealer I have ever been to

The Car buying experience is superb with no pressure but

The Car buying experience is superb with no pressure but what makes the difference is the Service department and Service Advisors. Stephanie is my advisor and she has my best interests in mind at all times. Thanks for everything. It is always a pleasant time when I have to visit for maintenance.

Battery change

I had problems with the battery and I called to speak with someone about it. He told me to bring it in and have it changed. I came the next day, I was in and out with no problem. Their staff is always nice and on point! 👌🏼

Disappointed

Overall ok. Maybe if I would have arrived there at least 3 hours before closing time I would have gotten better experience purchasing my new vehicle. Due to finance circumstances I had to choose a different model and was not given the opportunity to go over all the features and took Suli’s word and now I’m regretting my purchase.

New Car Purchase

I had awesome experience at McGrath Acura. I dealt with Suli. He is extremely respectful, honest, friendly, and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for experience purchasing a new vehicle. Definitely would recommend to anyone and McGrath Acura.

Had a great experience at McGrath Acura. Started with my online inquiry and email messages to setup a test drive. When I arrived Thomas my salesperson met with me, answered all my questions and did the test drive. Thomas and the team worked with me to get the price where I wanted it I left with a RDX that is fantastic had a great customer experience and did I write I drove away with an awesome vehicle. I woul strongly recommend McGrath Acura. Great cars, great people, great experience.
