Extremely disappointed in quality of service performed.

Paper work was a mess.
Paper work was a mess. Sales man was the worst. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealer. I can promise there will not be a 5th. The whole experience was terrible:

We have been going to Covert Cadillac since 2003.
We have been going to Covert Cadillac since 2003. We are purchase at least three Cadillacs Escalade. Not very happy with the environment. The waiting room is not the greatest the selection of coffee and snacks. It was not the best. We have several other cars, Lexus, Mercedes, and the service and the atmosphere is much better. Kind of disappointment with Covert Cadillac when expect you guys to have a better waiting area for your customers and your employees behind the desk too much chattering and drinking and there’s a guy that’s back there. That’s very rude and unprofessional. I’m sad to say, but this is probably gonna be the last time that I bring my Cadillac Escalade there for service. We have to drive at least 45 minutes or more but that’s not a problem because we’ve been doing it for a while but it would be nice for her to be worth the drive.

Oil change; wouldn't release vehicle until paperwork
Oil change; wouldn't release vehicle until paperwork received from the mechanic. Waited another 20 minutes and still no paperwork. I insisted on leaving so they said they would mail the paperwork and handed over the keys. Why didn't they offer that before wasting my time sitting. 4 employees sitting behind the desk laughing and doing nothing instead of walking back to the work area and getting the work order. Meanwhile the mechanic that worked on my car was already working on another oil change car. This was was Covert Cadillac, not Buick. Terrible serv ice.
