Oscar did a great job explaining all of the features of various vehicles. Travis saved me a trip to sale my vehicle by figuring out a way for me to trade in my vehicle. Everyone was very professional.

Lon Berg is a class act. Always hustling, but never too busy to answer a text or call to address a customer’s concerns. Joe Tijerina was also a pleasure to deal with in finance.

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Manager came with low ball trade deal and raised MSRP 10K over after I arrived. Website showed truck to be listed at 59K but the mgr. raised it to 69K. He said I should of called for the price. After I left they called me and said they would honor the website price. What a joke!

Call for appointment was well handled Arrived on time

Call for appointment was well handled Arrived on time for scheduled appointment. Met promptly by Service attendant .Reed (sp?) and we discussed service request. He provided an estimated time required for completion. Notified by phone car was ready. Collected vehicle and was away. Pleased with process. Especially liked no sa,es pitch or up sale attempt.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with JD during our negotiations of purchasing our Cadillac. Everything was straight forward and he was up front and open to every question and concerns we had. We did most our dealings over the phone due to not living in or even around Austin. Everything was exactly what we discussed when we showed up. As for the Financial officer Brian he was just as good and we had a good time cutting up and getting the paperwork done. Awesome experience and would definitely buy another vehicle here.
