Disappointed customer
Purchase 2015 Infiniti down payment $8000.02 months after purchase my check engine light came on .I was told that my vehicle needed a new Cadillac converter đ¤ˇđźââď¸. I express I just lost my husband of 32 years heâs passing Was unexpected.. I got a second opinion from another dealership home advising OK check engine light has been turned off. I was supposed Infiniti dealership home advise me my car had less than 100,000 miles but I shouldnât have paid for that part that Cadillac converter that shouldâve been a warranty item but I was charge$500.00 . As a African-American women Single mother . I feel taking , I feel robbed , I feel disappointed . I know if I was another race ???this situation wouldâve been very different. 2020 Raptor
I made an appointment a week and a half ago via the Ford App. Amazing. I show up, and am told it is 8 days to have anyone look at my truck. I shared with the manager that I input the two cameras arenât working front and back in the notes. âYeah the tech is oldâ. Me âwell you have 7 people out there doing nothing, why not call me so I donât waste time with my wife following me to drop off the..â Total waste of time. Appointed in the morning at Leif Johnson. Clearly first time service customers donât matter. My business is elsewhere for good.

business man, love my new work truck
Let's be realistic! I'm a businessman and try my best to satisfy everyone. Sometimes things just don't work out perfectly every time. After saying that, my buying experience was easy and painless with my new Transit 250 van. It took a few days to arrive from Houston, but everyone involved kept me informed along the way. I love my new truck. Have one small issue, which I'm sure will be handled the same way the sale was, with supreme professionalism. If you're looking for the perfect buying experience, good luck. But if you want friendly people trying their best to answer all your questions and satisfy your needs, I say Covert Ford is where you want to go. Kenny Covert and the Covert family runs as close to perfect a large auto dealership as can be realistically expected. I've seen some negative reviews online. I promise you, given the chance to make it right, Covert Ford will fulfill their obligations in promising to satisfy every customer. Enjoy your next vehicle buying experience, I know I did!

Bad experience that turned into a good one!
I originally sent an inquiry through the cars.com app to see if the Expedition I was interested in was available. Unfortunately, their internet sales manager (Travis) would not tell me if the car was available after half a day and four exchanged emails. His first email was just a generic follow-up email followed by an email stating, âI got the deals!â My first thought was, âGreeeeat...heâs one of THOSE salesmen.â Then But in each email, he just kept asking for âa good contact numberâ. I didnât want to provide my number because I didnât want to receive annoying sales calls so I told him I would prefer to communicate via email. Even after expressing this to him, he said he would need my number for my âfileâ. I think this is ridiculous seeing that I wouldnât have to provide any of my info just to walk onto the lot to see if the vehicle was there. After becoming extremely annoyed and instructing him to cease all communication with me, I decided to call (I REALLY liked this Expedition). I ended up speaking to Scott, the used car sales manager who told me right away that the Expedition was still available. (And he never asked for my info). I drove an hour and twenty minutes to the dealership the next day and met a salesman named Brad. Brad was awesome! I came back two days later with a check in hand and bought the Expedition I had been eyeing! Iâm so glad I decided to give Covert a second chance to earn my business because I was very put off by Travisâ âsales tacticsâ. So if youâre interested in a used car at this facility, do yourself a favor and just call Scott or Brad instead of trying to deal with Travis. Scott and Brad will take great care of you and make sure you have a great car buying experience!

Bait and Switch / "math" error
Got one truck sold from under me, got the bait and switch, and then our agreed upon numbers were blown up when the Desk Manager "mistakenly" applied a rebate from one vehicle to another. Watch out for Josh Harms and and Brian Harms should you risk shopping at this dealership.

made a deal for a price then they reneged. Hack dealership do not deal with. then they said if I can give you this deal. after wasting my whole day. have the texts to prove it

Trade in rip off
Went into Covert Ford to trade in my truck they tell me the catalytic converterâs are out and it would be $2000 to fix them and they could take that off my trade-in come to find out they didnât bother to tell me that the catalytic converterâs were covered under warranty but they did mention it would be $2000 off my trade-in see any problems with that Come to find out the only thing wrong was the spark plugs needed regaping

I've been shopping for a Toyota Corolla for work. Been working with Brian Harms at Covert Ford. He's been helpful both in person and following up with cars to look at online by sending links. Still shopping, but hoping to get a car there soon.

I got the best deal and best treatment
Tim was the gentleman who helped me. He had the vehicles ready to see when I arrived. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. He knew what I wanted and found the right ones for me. I drove home that evening in exactly what I wanted. He stayed late on a Friday night too! Thanks Tim and thanks covert ford! I love my new ride!
