Great Car Buying Experience

The car buying experience at Autonation was great. Beginning with the courtesy call to confirm my appointment to look at new truck my happiness and satisfaction was at the forefront of everyone's mind. I was able to drive the exact truck I wanted and the selection was very large so I got to see all of the colors and options in person to make the most informed decision possible. I never felt pressured by the sales team, which was a relief. Even after the sale was made and the dotted line had been signed I still recieved stellar service. Due to some oversights on my end my trade-in did not work and they pointed me in the right direction to resolve my issues. Overall I was very happy from beginning to end. Special shout out to Sonny Lockett who provided first class service!

Truck Maintenance

Dealership representative met me as scheduled and we discussed recommended maintenance. I agreed to the service. Then I mentioned hearing noise coming from the front of the truck - I experienced occasionally. Approximately 1.5 hours later representative called me and mentioned my truck is ready to be pickup. Representative explained what is creating the noise and stated solution to correct issue. Service provided (rotation of tires, break fluid replaced and multiple maintenance checks) was timely and excellent.
