Don't buy

The responses here from the dealer are always "contact us and we will make it right". I bought a 2013 Rogue here. In the first week I noticed a shaking when the A/C kicks on. I called and spoke to Beasley and he said you have a broken" motor mount" and "you should have known you would have problems with a used car. This was the first week. I have been working on cars my whole life and knew this was wrong. I did research and found it was common. (The a/c had just been installed by them according to carfax) The second week the check engine light went on. When I had the codes read "Catalytic Converter" $1500!. I went to several mechanics who told me how to turn the light off temporarily but the codes are stored.Won't pass inspection. Mechanic told me they probably turned off the light right before they sold it to me. SNAKES. They also told me there is no return policy. The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 says differently.

The worst experience ever!!

This is quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a Nissan dealership. I arrived for my oil change appointment at 9:45 (my appointment was at 10am) and was told that it would be approximately 3 hours of wait time. I stated that I had scheduled an appointment, and was told that appointments were not guaranteed, and they were extremely busy. I was not offered a ride anywhere, nor a loaner for the day, while they took three hours to change my oil. They only asked if I was going to wait or drop it off. I didn't have much else to do, and I had brought a book, so I just told them I'd wait. I didn't have much of a choice as I am new to the area, and didn't have anyone who could have come picked me up. About 15 minutes after I got seated, I got a call from one of their sales people, asking if I wanted to upgrade to a new vehicle. What great sales tactics they have! I politely declined and started to read my book. After three hours of waiting, I asked for an update, and was told my brakes were wearing thin and should be changed, along with a brake fluid flush to ensure that everything was operating normally. I ok'd the brake work, and was told they'd have me out as soon as possible. I tried to be patient, and not cause a scene, but I was starting to get frustrated that no one had even said anything to me to follow up on my repairs two hours later. Finally, 6 hours after I arrived I asked to speak to the service manager (Garrett), after watching people arrive after me, and leave before me. He was a complete xxxxxx and acted like I was an inconvenience to him, because I was trying to figure out what the status on my vehicle was. He gave me some xx answer about them working on appointments first, to which I responded that appointments are not guaranteed!! He left to go find out what was happening with my vehicle, but by the time he returned, the service advisor had my paperwork ready for me to sign. They didn't have any respect for me or my time, and it's frustrating to think we pay them to be treated like this. I will never return to this awful place. By the looks of other reviews posted, I'm not the only one who's had issues at this location. What a joke!

Stuck in Austin

A little over a hour after I was called my invoice was not printed out and ready to pay. I believe if you are called to come pick up your car your invoice should be ready .

Needed the crankshaft pulley replaced.

The part had to be ordered. When it came in ahead of schedule the technicians completed the work early and the cost was much less than the original quote. Great work and service. They double checked and made sure they cleaned up. They also noted other conditions that needed attention and recommended work that should be done but were not 'pushy'. I am very satisfied with both the work done and the curteous service I received. Would definately recommend them for all major vehicle service for Nissans.

Oil change

A little rough at first, then it all worked out. My serviceman said 1 hr and it was. Told me of other repairs needed and gave me a printout. No hassle for them to do the work

Overpriced, bad service

Prices very unreasonable! They give rides to somewhere while you wait but don't give rides back! Staff is not knowledgeable, this is not the place to get your Nissan fixed.
