Came in for oil change left with a leaky battery

Came in for an oil change and nothing wrong with car and left with leaky battery and engine light on. Gave me a quote of 790.00 to fix.

Oil change

Excellent, friendly, informative, great customer service. Explain in details about the service. Very professional. I would recommend a friend to this dealership. Service was completed in 45 minutes.

Excellent service and stays true to the warranty!

Excellent service and stays true to the warranty! Always friendly and helpful whenever we have had to take our car in. They were also very thoughtful when we purchased our lightly used Altima. There was no pressure, just help. We will stay with Town North Nissan

Bait and Switch

The truck is listed at 30k and when you call it is actually 40k. This is the second time in the last week that this same truck has been done this way. I had one of their sales guys on the phone and everything was wrapped up, sent him my information for financing, told him how much I was going to put down, and the next morning he called and said sorry the truck is 40k. Disgusted with this place and will tell as many people as possible about my experience.

Do not buy from them

If I could give negative stars I would. This has absolutely been the worst car buying experience. All they are interested in is the sale. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. If there is a problem, they do not return phone calls. It took two weeks for us to get our car after the purchase and when we did the things that were supposed to be fixed were not. I have been trying for over a month to get the issue resolved and as of now, I have had four people on seven different occasions tell me they would call me back. I have yet to receive a phone call. Do not buy from them!

No integrity and poor customer service

Brandon Mercado's sales tactic includes: repeatedly attempting to get us to purchase a “protection package” for $2,000 while we were working out numbers on the car; this was included into the negotiations even though I refused to purchase this package multiple times. He did not say what else came with this package besides a window tints, wheel locks, and protection for the door cup. When asked if this was mandatory, his only response was “it is negotiable”. He refused to remove this as part of the price of the car. We specifically wanted a fully loaded trim with leather seats, but he repeatedly informed us that it was cheaper to buy a lower trim model that has cloth seats and then purchasing aftermarket leather seats through a company he/ his dealership can recommend. I’m glad Brandon at least offered us water, but all we were given was a styrofoam cup with cold water. I’ve never been to a new car dealership that does not have bottled water for customers.

Lee was exceptional!! Very pleased with my purchase and the entire team made it a very enjoyable experience. Sales process was great, Follow Up non-existent

Bought my car on 5/25, with the understanding that the windshield needed to be replaced. That job was botched by a 3rd party glass replacement company (Campus Autoglass) - glass shards and garbage left across the entire front interior. BLACK sealant glob on the outside of my WHITE car in 2 places that will not come off... Still not dealt with after several attempts with this dealership. Also, brakes went out on a trip to OK on 6/27, after receiving the repair order that full front brakes were replaced and the car passed inspection. HOW? No way possible for NEW brakes to be shot after a month. Talked to the used car sales manager IN PERSON on 6/28 he promised to get back to me by 7/3 at the latest. After no contact by 7/11 I emailed Steven Riddick the General Manager for the dealership. Now a week later, still no response from them. I guess it takes a review to get any response.
