Great service

Dan was great! Also loved that he gave us a better discount than we had hoped for! Made sure we got a shuttle so we did not have to wait at the service center. Very proactive. Thank you.

Quick and Good Service

Once again, great service at Town North maintaining my Nissan Kicks. Had its first scheduled service today. I bought this vehicle from them because of the great service I have received over the years on another Nissan. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service completed quickly. Service advisor went out in very heavy rain to deliver the car to us in the covered driveway. Nice touch.

how to get my title

I have a very simple question for how do I get car title waiting for finance department No one respect waiting one hour Back then I buy car service is terrible and they lie to me still very bad experience

Do NOT buy from this dealership

I recommend using a different Nissan dealership. Service shop does a good job, but I will never buy another vehicle from here and will not be getting my cars serviced here again. There are many Nissan dealerships in Austin, but I have made a point to go to this one in particular, despite it not being the closest to my home, as I have always (past tense) received great service. We purchased a CPO Nissan Altima, my 4th ever Altima, and my family's fifth current Nissan and like 10th overall. The original salesman I made the appointment with didn't even bother to show up. I was told the GPS SD card would be installed after purchase, a second key and manual would be provided, and the rims would be buffed up. Immediately after I purchased the car (2018 Altima) I was pressured to remove it from the lot immediately and had to convince them to let me come back (since we'd have more cars than drivers). The manager also scoffed at the idea of the rims being taken care of free of charge, since I dared haggle on the price of the car even though we agreed beforehand. The extra amount I haggled on the car I literally spent in the service shop that morning on my existing 2014 Altima. Next day, I was told the car was ready for pickup, but I might have to come back the following week for the spare key, fair enough. I sent my father and sister to pick up the car. They were informed they would need to wait an hour for the key to made, which I feel should have been made prior. The manual still needed to be ordered for a future pickup. And the kicker? No SD card and not only that, they would need to physically remove the cars center panel before ordering a new one. And they would not be able to take the car home. They ended up wasting roughly 3 hours in rush hour traffic. I can't tell if this is incompetence or malice, but I will never be returning to this dealership after taking possession of my new car. I literally have spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years and planned to purchase another vehicle in the near future for my younger brother, but no more. I hope this review receives a serious response from their management as they need to be aware of the incredibly poor customer service being given to long term customers who spend money at their business. I will also be filing a complaint with Nissan corporate so they can take a closer look at the behavior of individuals in this dealership.

Depth of Knowledge/Expertise on Nissan Leaf

Service Adviser, Isaac Zimmerman -- VERY knowledgeable on all aspects of the car we brought in for a diagnostic appointment. He also provided updated info on best practices and long-term options. Wait time was exactly as promised.

About average

An average service experience. About two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation and to look at a recalled brake actuator (nothing to repair). I did make an appointment, but was told that appointments are meaningless - you will be taken in the order of arrival regardless of any appointment. At the two hour fifteen minute mark the service tech told me, “You’re almost done.” The waiting area is pretty minimalist - some popcorn and vending machines. I would recommend that Town North provide some upper end amenities for those waiting on their vehicles, as well as a quick car wash for vehicles serviced.

Be prepared to get cheated

If you want to see blood xxxxxxx leeches visit TOWN NORTH NISSAN dealer Sales representative will greet you with smile and lure you for a deal. I had a pathetic and total disrespectful treatment by the sales team. Demand you to pay 500$ and even threaten me. They do all tricks to convince you, beg you for their commission. I see them as professional cheats well equipped and trained to cheat customers. Such a pathetic shameless humans, just employed to cheat customers. Unfortunately bought new and used car here because I trust Nissan cars. In both the occasions I was cheated. Trust me, in the night online prices will be less but in the morning the prices will go higher. Strategy to make us visit the dealership. I was charged 3k extra as a hidden charge and I wasn't aware unless until I made my first payment. I don't have a choice other than paying it. my hard earned money is cheated by these leeches. Don't fall in to trap. Visit other dealership even if it is slightly expensive, you will be treated as fellow human being. Bought Used CPO nissan, told me 3 major recalls were already taken care. Later I found out it was never done. Immediately after I picked up the car when I drove the car back home, heard noise from rear side.later found out Wheel bearing has to be replaced. Such a stressful purchase and eventually ended up paying 3k extra for something I never opted for it. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT TOWN NORTH NISSAN IN MY LIFE. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SALES AND FINANCE TEAM.
