I recently had a warranty issue with my 2018 Ford Raptor

I recently had a warranty issue with my 2018 Ford Raptor regarding a leaking sunroof. I contacted Leif Johnson Ford, and I couldn't be more impressed with their prompt and efficient service. They immediately arranged for a loaner vehicle to be dropped off at my location and picked up my vehicle for repairs on the same day. When the job was completed, they seamlessly swapped out the loaner for my repaired vehicle without any inconvenience on my end. Great experience working with the team at Leif Johnson Ford. Rudy de Leon was terrific help throughout the 499 days it took for my 2025 Ford Maverick to be delivered. Everyone at Leif Johnson was helpful and professional.

2023 Orange Corvette Stingray Leif Johnson Ford

2023 Orange Corvette Stingray Leif Johnson Ford Review Overall a wonderfully fantastic car shopping and car buying experience from a local trusted dealer from beginning to end. We were kind of in the market to buy a new sports car and stumbled across a gym online, which was here in Austin at Leif Johnson Ford. We decided to drive down one Friday midmorning to go look at it and just happen to run into one of the nicest guys ever, Greyson Nickel. He was recently appointed a sales person, and was very kind, very patient, very understanding, and very accommodating with a great friendly personality. We told him upfront which car we were there to see, and he went from one side of the lot to the other and drove it up to us! He let my wife and I test drive it walk around it look at it and think about it. Felician Gobert came out, introduced himself to is as he’s the sales agent on the floor there in the new car area and he came out to make sure that we were being taken good care of asked us if we had any questions and made himself available for any need or concern. He was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The car had only been on the lot about four days, and after we were all done we came home, and literally in about two hours decided to make the purchase. In between that time, I had nice unexpected follow up calls from Felician and Greyson to see if I had any questions. From that point on we were taking such good care of. First off, we did all of our purchasing over the phone and remotely. Which was fantastic. Scott Fisher, the senior sales manager was dynamic; he kept us informed, communicated well, and answered all our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what we were signing. Ryan Fischer in Finance was also extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed and explained everything to the last letter. And in three short hours that night we had electronically signed all of our paperwork and our car was delivered to us that night. WOW! When I think of Leaf Johnson Ford, I think of a local trusted dealer with exceptional sales and managerial staff who are extremely knowledgeable, caring, polite and friendly, trusted and well-versed folks whose concern is to care for the customer, and ensure that they are in the car of their desires. Everyone from the nice girl, Miss Isabella at the carport all the way to the senior sales manager and agents. Greyson is a star and he’s going to be a superstar for you and I’m sure he’s learning from one of the best in Felician. Scott and Ryan are great guys working hard behind the scenes to ensure that all of your questions are answered and the process is streamlined, efficient, and not stressful at all. The purchasing process was transparent, upfront, no gimmicks, no pressure or hassles and just an absolute great car buying experience. We could not be happier! Thanks to all at Leif Johnson Ford!!!!
