Started with a phone call around 11 o’clock by 4 o’clock. I was rolling out with a very nice Ford F150 STX and hitting the road and looking mean and clean.

I went to Leif Johnson Ford to decide between trading in

I went to Leif Johnson Ford to decide between trading in my F150 for an F250 or trading in my wife’s car for a Bronco Sport. At the end of the day we had both the F250 and the Bronco Sport thanks to the great efforts and hard work of Kevin who was with us every step of the way. Kevin and then the finance team and managers were able to get us a great deal with the terms we wanted for both vehicles. I have been buying and trading cars for over 30 years and this was the best experience by far. Great job to their team!

I've bought two cars here since moving to Austin and both

I've bought two cars here since moving to Austin and both have been at this dealership. Customer service has been top notch each time I've been here. Just bought a 2023 Ford Explorer a few weeks ago and I love it. My salesperson Felician went above and beyond for me even when I thought I wasn't going to get what I wanted. He took care of me and I left happy with my new ride

I didn’t find anything at your south Austin location,

I didn’t find anything at your south Austin location, truck center but they sent me up to your Austin location off of airport and I met Up with the salesman there that Steve sent me up with, and he helped me right along with what I wanted. It was a nice smooth process all the way down through the negotiation.

I was lied to.

I was lied to. I was treated like an idiot when I knew exactly what was wrong with the truck. I was promised that my parts and labor was being covered under my warranty. It was not. Their price was $400 higher than the diesel tech that diagnosed my truck for the same problem two days before but I went with Leif Johnson because of the warranty promise. A promise they did not honor. Their manager, Jason Norman was highly condescending on the phone after HE was the one that lied to me in the first place about the warranty issue. These people are the typical, backwoods, xxxxxxx car dealership lot. I would avoid this dealership and their service department like the plague. Oh, and they charge you extra for using a credit card to pay for your repairs. This is a corporate operation in 2024. Does Amazon charge you extra for using a credit card? This place is a joke. Swindlers straight out of the 1970’s. Do not bring your business to this establishment unless you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and ripped off.

We just purchased a new pickup from this dealership. The experience was very pleasant and Jose Parra was very helpful and knowledgable throughout the process. I will use this salesperson and dealership in the future and will refer them as well.

Austin was very professional and kept me up to date on

Austin was very professional and kept me up to date on the status of my Bronco as it was transferred to the dealership for review. He provided quick correspondence whenever I had a question and kept me informed throughout every stage of the buying process, which made the entire experience very stress free. I appreciated his politeness and willingness to address all concerns, even outside of his working hours (which was not an expectation on my end). Overall my experience was very enjoyable thanks to Austin and the team.
