I stopped by to see if they happened to have a Maverick and was directed to Thomas Almaraz because he was their "Maverick guy" and he was awesome. Not only was he very knowledgeable but also just a friendly, nice, amicable guy. After checking out the Mavericks they had on the lot I decided to place an order for one. Thomas was able to locate one with the exact specifications I was going to order and I was able to buy it that same day! The entire process from when I first entered the dealership to browse until I officially owned the truck took just over 8 hours (and I was at home for most of it, receiving updates from Thomas via text message.) Ryan in finance was amazing and super helpful. He sent me the loan application to fill out prior to us going back to pick up the truck. When we arrived it was a very simple process of signing some paperwork and taking possession of the truck. 10/10 would buy another vehicle from Leif Johnson and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a Ford!

I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from Eduardo, and unfortunately, shortly after, I encountered several faults related to the all-wheel drive system. Despite two service trips to Austin, the issue persisted when I went to pick up my vehicle. However, Leif Johnson Ford went above and beyond by delivering a brand new rental vehicle to my doorstep, allowing me to switch out the 2020 Ford Explorer. They took it upon themselves to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. After three trips to the service station, all issues were resolved, and to my surprise, the entire process was free of charge, including the rental vehicle. Despite the inconvenience, Leif Johnson Ford handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and rectified the issues promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile has earned every single star in this review. The only aspect that slightly marred my experience was during the financial section, where I repeatedly stated the agreed-upon price, yet was offered additional items that I did not want. It's something to be mindful of during the purchasing process. If you are interested in extras then this will not be an issue for you! Bernon was a great salesman! He was thorough in his actions and had a calm and cool demeanor. Once we were approved we headed over to the finance department where we were greeted and waited on within an hour. The finance manager walked us through our options and helped us get the best deal to help on keeping our vehicle maintained and safe.
