DCH Kia of Temecula

I purchased this car in July 2017 and the salesman, John Cloud was extremely helpful and never pushy. Minor repairs were needed and Kia took care of everything at no expense to me. Their service department is tops. Communication is handled timely and my car promised and ready. Love Kristina Duvall who has been my service representative. Love everything about DCH Kia of Temecula! Even went back and bought two used cars for my son and daughter-in-law and had Erik as our salesman. Another great personality to deal with.

I was very early on in my car shopping experience and I wasn't sure what car I wanted. When I arrived I was helped by Antoinette, she was awesome. She helped me out with very low pressure. She was so nice and helpful I went back the next day. Had her show me more cars and really just didn't know what I wanted. She was patient and encouraging not to get anything I really didn't want. She took the time to find the right car for me. And then she let the finance team do their magic. They got me into a car I didn't know that I could because of some bad credit but they did it! I couldn't be happier with everything I got and even the final room where you sign all the finance paperwork was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. And trust me I am not a fan of the car buying experience. This was also the 4th dealership I went to.

I recently visited this dealership in search of a new car. Cory from Internet sales responded immediately to an email regarding two cars in particular, the following day Cory made sure he was available to assist with test driving the cars. Cory was very knowledgeable of the cars in question and made the experience very comfortable. Any questions I had Cory was able to address and determined which was the best finance option. It was a no pressure purchase and I highly recommend Cory and this dealership to any car buyers!
