Great customer service and easy buying process. Cecilio was great and so was everyone else helping out. They were patient and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. We drove from Orange County to get the great deal we got. I'm glad we did because we got exactly what we wanted and hassle free.

I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Forte SX KOUP from DCH Kia Temecula and I had a great experience! Alan Dowdy was my salesman and he was super cool. I was just going in to look around and get some info, but once me and Alan sat down and started talking business, I left with a great car! I came into this dealership because I was getting bamboozled at another KIA Dealership that I utilized because I was suppose to get a better deal going through the True Car buyer program. Boy was that ever a bad idea. The dealership manager in Temecula (Kris) was so kind, told us to come over and he promised me that he would have the exact car waiting for me when I arrived and give me a much better deal than the other KIA dealership. He was true to his word and had the exact model and color waiting for me to view. I told him I was looking to possibly upgrade to the EX model so long as the price was right. By the time I used the restroom he had the upgraded model pulled off the delivery truck and had it outside waiting for me. Him and the salesman Alan treated me so kind during the entire process, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. They gave me the deal I was looking for, made sure the numbers on paper were something I was comfortable with. I wish I hadn't driven to the first dealership as DCH KIA in Temecula are right in my backyard! Thank you Kris and Alan for a pleasant experience!

This is my 5th Kia I've owned over the years. 3 have been purchased at DCH Kia of Temecula. Jose Casillas assisted me with the purchase of the latest Kia - Sportage. He was honest and very helpful. All of the staff at Kia are outstanding people. I've had service work done there on my other cars and they were awesome, including the gentleman who spent a lot of time getting the bugs off the front of my car... You will not regret going to DCH Kia for your next vehicle.

They got us into something when I didn't think we would qualify. Everyone was very friendly and helpful for our first brand new car.

I started my search online for the vehicle I wanted. On the same night, Mike, from their online department called me. I told him what I wanted and he located two vehicles in the inventory that met the criteria. I went to the dealership the next day and bought the car. The process was so easy. I did not haggle much because I gave them the price I was willing to pay. They met it and then some. I am nothing but satisfied with the whole process. The car was not ready that night because they had to do the prep on it. I went back the next day to get it and I think they were even nicer than the night before. They did not act like, "Why be nice, he already bought the car". Would definitely consider them again for the next KIA. Great experience.

Is 4 hrs typical? Test drove 2 cars and decided within the first hour... seemed a little stretched out and although they ended up not having the color I wanted I'm happy with my optima. Leo and Kris were great.. everyone was super cool.
