Excellent service

We had the most amazing experience. We told them what we were looking for and our budget and got hooked up with more then we were expecting for the price we wanted. Super friendly and accommodating even with a rambunctious 1 year old with us!

Top notch dealership , service is outstanding

So glad I purchased a KIA from this dealership. Brandon my service advisor was Polite & Professional the service tech was Polite and knowledgeable . All in All a positive experience I would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase to checkout Midwest Kia you definitely won't be disapointed !! 5 Stars

I adore my new soul !❤️

I am so very pleased with my new soul purchased in December, 2018 this is the third soul in our family. We are so pleased with the car. What made this experience especially outstanding was the help of Landon Vermillion. He exceeded all my expectations in the car buying process. He was so knowledgeable and very kind. This was the best car buying experience that I’ve had thus far. I found exactly the style and color of Kia soul that I wanted and then Landon and I sat down and simply made it happen. It was an awesome day. My new Soul makes mr joyful. I highly recommend Landon in Midwest Kia !

Purchased a used car

I worked with Landon and Joe. They were not only extremely fair and helpful with the buying process, but they come off as a person more so than a salesman. They genuinely care about the individuals they work with and would most definitely refer/do business with them again.

Purchase of a new car

My salesman Landon Vermillion was awesome. I would recommend him to all my friends. He was patient and very helpful. No question was stupid. He took time out of his day to show me all of the features on my new car

Satisfied Customer

Landon Vermillion was my salesman and he was great! He was patient, kind, and never tried pressuring me into anything I wasn’t interested in. He knew exactly what I wanted from the get go and he made it happen. He not only found me a car that was in my price range, but also got me a great deal on my trade in. I would highly recommend him to any customer.

Landon Vermillion

My salesman, Landon, has gone above and beyond and truly cares before, during, and after the sale. I walked away from my purchase completely satisfied and do not feel taken advantage of at all. He was very thorough in making sure that all of our needs were met and that we were pleased with all aspects of the process. I will keep coming back for all of my future needs as I know I'll be truly taken care of.

MUST Be The Number 1 Place - For LIES!

The WORST experience, in buying a car, EVER! After deciding to purchase a 2018 Kia Niro, we began the process of purchasing the vehicle, and every single thing, we were told, was an outright LIE! From being told our own finance institution, refused to allow us, to purchase it, through them, to our payments, and more. I must give them credit though, they set us up, for the FALL, immediately, from making sure any problems, must be dealt with, directly through them, to nixing the grace period (i.e. the ability to change our minds, about purchasing the car). We went in, with 3 musts haves, 1 color, 2 safety features, 3 payments. We wanted a copper color, but settled for silver, we wanted safety features (lane alarms, collision, blindside, etc.), but received only a back up camera, and the most important, since we are on a fixed income, a payment, not more, than we currently had, but ended up paying $125 more a month. When we spoke with our own finance institution, we found out about these lies, and more. We attempted to cancel, unneeded items, and was not given the correct paperwork, therefore they were not cancelled within 30 days. Note: we had a car, with a car payment, and were told, not to make the payment, on that vehicle, because they would pay off, that car, in full, before the next payment was due, and because of their failure to do so, since we missed a car payment, our account was frozen. I could go on, but I think you get the point, now, though we have a newer car, our car payment is $125 more, than we were paying, and we cannot get out of it. We should have walked away, now, we have 8 years to pay on this car, to learn our lesson.
