Landon was awesome at getting me into a car that was good on gas and amazing driving all around he also helped me find something in my price range and wasn’t pushy at all like other car dealers thanks Landon

LJ rocks - service department is majorly lacking

Very, very good sales experience with Landon (LJ) - EXTREMELY terrible follow-up from service for a "we-owe" for a certified pre-owned (we paid extra for it) - Jeremy (the service manager) didn't take the responsibility for missing our order a month prior when it was submitted to them and blamed it on an "IT" problem which is confirmed as complete BS and the IT problem never existed. Lied to me regarding it and still haven't gotten an apology. Don't trust their service department, trust LJ in sales.

Retired older man!

Landon was awesome. Made me feel a lot better during a bad situation. I have already referred him to many people looking or someday buying a new or used car. Thanks again Landon!!!!

Midwest Kia

After the requested maintenance was completed, a maintenance advisor said 'we are having a special on such and such a maintenance. We really recommend it at these miles". So I ask how much it costs and he quotes me a number. No, I say I can't afford that. "Well" he says, "let me check with my manager, perhaps we can do better". A few minutes he comes back and quotes me half as much. I really do not like that. Either offer me a service at a fair and reasonable price the first time or do not offer it at all. Playing loose and easy with what you charge makes me wonder if you are playing loose and easy with what you provide.

Landon Is Great!!!

We had planned on stopping at least 5 dealerships before I wanted to make a decision. Landon prevented me from doing that, because he was by far and away the best salesman I ran into. He answered all of my questions, was genuine, efficient, and funny. I felt relaxed the entire time and truly felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Will come back and refer him in the future. Thank you, Landon!

Kia Sportage LX

Landon was absolutely incredible during my buying experience. He was honest and helped the process run very smoothly. I never felt pressured or stressed during the whole process. I am very happy with my purchase!

Overall great experience

Busy dealership so had to wait to finish paperwork. Super easy and laid back salesman didn't hesitate to give us his best offer. Watch out for the lot attendant though he doesn't care about condition of anyone's vehicle.

Avoid this dealership at all cost

First they send out one salesman who tells me a price, then a second one comes out saying he was new and made a mistake, I should of walked away right then because they did that same technique the last time I went in there, Of course, The first one told the second one that he said something different, basically told me I misunderstood, no I didn't, Then wouldn't even settle on something in between...You know, I'm a long time customer but they were out to nickle and dime me, I wont buy another vehicle or reccomend them to anyone so in the long run, I hope that extra they got out of me was worth it because it'll be the last. The finance officer was a snob and very arrogant, Lots of pressure, I kept telling him that I didn't want an extended warranty but he just kept pushing it, I'm mad at myself because I should of got up and left but it was late and I had taken a day of vacation and had paid someone to drive my other car, bad experience. The salesman promised to fill my gas tank since I came from out of town, I didn't think about since I took him for his word...guess what? I got down the road and looked down, I had 1/4 tank, no full gas tank as promised, Alot made a big deal out of giving away free all purpose floormats, But when they don't fit the vehicle then basically worthless. No wonder they just threw them in the back instead of putting them in for me. Once again, This was a out of state used vehicle and once again they send $20 back for me to go get it inspected, Really? They charged me $75 for inspection, fees, and handling but I have to use my time and gas to do it, This is the 2nd time for me, and once for my sister. I wasn't happy with the way they did her when I took her there the last time but they had did me ok in the past so I thought I'd give them one more shot but this dealership has gone downhill, very greedy and dont care about longtime customers. That's ok, time to move on because they won't see another nickel or dime from me again and I sure as xxxx won't recommend them to another person

Worst experience ever

Salespeople Landon was great. The issues I have are with dealership. They had a car with problems on the lot that I ended up buying. It was dark and a sat evening. Discovered the issues the next morning, now fighting to get them addressed. The used car manager treated me like dirt. I hope the issues get resolved asap They dont seem to care to return calls. When you call them ,the person is always off for the day, away xfeom their deal etc. I will never do business with them again.

They screwed me over big time

I took my car for an oil change and made it extremely clear that my vehicle had to be turned off on account of my guardian interlock (car breathalyzer) but low and behold they allowed my interlock to go off several times. Of course this is going to come to a fine for each missed blow, if I'm lucky. If I'm unlucky it will result in a violation of probation and jail time. I have two kids I need to be here to care for. At least the manager told me how "sorry" he was before CHARGING ME FOR THE OIL CHANGE despite their massive mistake and me asking if I could at least get a little compensation on my bill. Not even a little discount. I trusted them with my car and they potentially ruined my life. I guess we'll find out when I talk to the DA. At least he's sorry though. Words cannot express my anger.

We agree that dealing with Interlock type systems can be very difficult. Each one has very different rules regarding servicing the vehicle they are installed in. We were under the understanding that the vehicle was not to be left running. Unfortunately, the particular company you are using goes a step further and requires the key to be removed altogether. Once discovering the issue we attempted to call the company as well as providing the paperwork to prove the vehicle was in service. In the future, as an owner of a vehicle equipped with this type of system, please call your provider and they will place your vehicle in maintenance mode to avoid future issues.
