The sales manager is the worst when it comes to customer
The sales manager is the worst when it comes to customer follow through. She failed to have the sales person follow up with me. She also knew of the items that weren’t added to the vehicle and I had to bring it up to their attention. I asked that those items not be applied and that I would accept a refund because I had already signed the financial documents. The other thing was the asking price was not what was on the final price. The asking price was lower than the numbers on the financial documents.

You can reach me at 267-496-0092 my name is Raymond Canto and we can discuss this further long story short i purchased a vehicle Sept 2021 and the warnings ⚠️ sensor keeps going off every 20 seconds i brought it in for service and they are telling me they can not fix it and GM knows about the problem so now i am forced to drive this 2021 chevy tahoe with the warnings sensor going off while driving its not a good drive Anymore and i hate driving the vehicle and i can turn it back in because i am upside down you can call me and i can tell you more detail i will be very surprised if i get a phone call because the dealer ship does not return calls our they act like they are not there i am very up set with the customer service but they will call you a 1000 times if you want to buy a new car please help fix my new vehicle our let me trade it in thanks
