Overcharged for my repair by over $300.00 (verified). Sent a complaint to Michigan Attorney General. Do not use this Ford dealership under any circumstances! Would give no stars if this site would allow it.

The best experience I've had at a car dealership, ever....

The best experience I've had at a car dealership, ever. (This is my seventh car purchase, btw.) Steve and Madeline were attentive and prompt in their responses. They made the process of buying very smooth and actually enjoyable. The price for the car was better than fair, and so was the offer on my trade-in. Bob Maxey of Howell will be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
