The oil change and the tire rotation was done but they...

The oil change and the tire rotation was done but they did not check the air filter . It shows that it was done but it was not checked. Service manager was told but he did not think it was a big deal.

I was in for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation....

I was in for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. They took my truck in on time and returned it on time washed, ready to go, and I paid for it all with my FordPass bonus points. I've been buying my trucks there since 1996 and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm really happy with my F150 Platinum Powerboost. This truck (limo) is exceptional. It would shame a Mercedes Benz. Scott Clowers really did a great job and I know the dealership will take care of my needs.

The. Service writer and service guys did fantastic job....

The. Service writer and service guys did fantastic job. Collision dept took pics of some minor front end damage and promised to call me back on Monday after service. Three weeks later nothing. Rate service an A, collision dept a Z. Terribly disappointed would think would do much better seeing you have no new cars to sell. Not happy!
