My overall experience with the dealership is really good. The truck I purchased is very nice. The financial services got me a better than average interest rate. I had to take it back at 350miles for an innocuous issue, which they handled quickly and with good service. What I am not happy with is the ordering process for my vehicle. I must say, this is not specific to just Ford. The car companies force us into purchasing things we do not care to have because they put stipulations on those items you do want. So to have item X you must get Package Y. In my case, there were a few items I wanted; key were the seats. I have severe back problems and in order to get the seats that were best suited for me I was forced into the premium package to get them. I am sure many would agree, I just want to choose those items important to me and minimize the impact on my budget. So my consumer satisfaction is very low.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the waiting room was totally remodeled and is much more welcoming and comfortable.

The service was great and the staff was very informative on the work being done.

We have purchased a 2013 Focus and a 2014 F-150. Our salesperson, Tina Socha, is the best. She found the truck with everything we wanted in the color we chose, in one afternoon. We picked it up the day it was delivered. The service department has always helped with any problem and love the free car wash when you pick the car/truck up.

Brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Staff is always very friendly. The new customer waiting area is very nice.. nice improvement.

It was a great experience. Very easy - everything was taken care of and the sales associate was AWESOME. I just called him up and all the everything was completed and all I did was pick the vehicle up from the dealer. I would recommend to all other associates using this dealer for company

SECOND TIME HERE FOR OIL CHANGE. Service Rep was courteous and the oil change was completed real quick. I would repcommend this place
